We were proud to work with the Board of Directors for the Ann and Sandy Cross Conservation Area to plan and execute the inaugural Conservation & Cuisine Gala: A Culinary Delight with the Cross Conservationheld January 27, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Calgary.
Hosted by Kevin Brauch of Food Network’s The Thirsty Traveler, and featuring a decadent five-course meal created by Chef Michael Smith of Food Network’s Chef at Home, 320 guests savoured the finest ingredients from across Canada, as well as world-class wines paired to each sumptuous course.
