The Calgary Stampede Foundation’s Young Canadians School of Performing Arts was recently honored with a visit from internationally distinguished ballet dancer, Rex Harrington. Mr. Harrington was in Calgary to teach a master ballet class to the schools Senior dancers and to participate as a guest adjudicator at the schools second annual Ballet Adjudication.
The ballet program at the Young Canadians School of Performing Arts plays a significant role in developing students skills in all dance forms and maintaining the schools standard of excellence.
The Young Canadians School of Performing Arts is a year-round program that teaches aspiring performers voice, musical theatre, gymnastics and several disciplines of dance.
