Brookline Public Relations is thrilled to have another podcast guest who makes us #BPRProud. For the fourth episode of Season four of the Beyond PR Podcast, we welcomed Jessica Janzen, philanthropist, author, speaker, content creator, life coach and co-founder of the Love for Lewiston Foundation.
With a diverse and impactful career, Jessica wears many hats throughout the day as she captivates audiences across North America. Her unwavering belief in the power of a possibility mindset helps her champion resilience and growth and she encourages others to embrace joy over the “survivor mode” mentality.
Her coaching work centers on helping individuals and organizations overcome adversity, emphasizing personal and professional growth, resilience and the strength of supportive connections.
Jessica has a strong commitment to mental health advocacy that stems from her own experiences with depression, burnout and profound loss. Through her philanthropic endeavors, including the Love for Lewiston Foundation and contributions to the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation, she has raised over 1.3 million dollars and played a pivotal role in implementing a Newborn Screening program for spinal muscular atrophy.
Jessica has also received numerous accolades for her impactful work, including being named one of Calgary’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2022. Listen as Jessica and Shauna discuss the balance between public and private life, empowering women entrepreneurs and staying authentic to yourself.
