Brookline led the planning, coordination, and execution of a construction sneak peek to reveal the progress of the Amazon Fulfillment Centre in Leduc County. The event took place at the development site and hosted partners and key government officials, including the Alberta Minster of Economic Development, Trade and Tourism, and the Mayor of Leduc County.
Brookline ensured event logistics and operations were intact for guests, including developing contingency event plans for unpredictable weather or construction conditions.
Brookline worked with multiple vendors from start to finish to ensure all client needs were exceeded. During the event Brookline managed the event flow, including coordinating event set-up and tear-down, managing RSVPs, greeting and checking in guests at the registration desk, directing parking, and more.
In addition, Brookline managed media relations for ONE Properties by distributing a press release that positioned the organization as the developer of the fulfillment centre.
