Brookline supported Ontario-based Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality to announce four of its new restaurant concepts in the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District. With dual grand openings of the hotel and eateries, Brookline ensured that the culinary hot spots would have their time to shine in the media spotlight amongst all the excitement.
To announce the four new concepts, including Braven, Kindred Food + Drink, Lobby Bar, and Alchemy, Brookline leveraged media relationships in Edmonton to spread word about the restaurant openings. Brookline also coordinated an exclusive sneak-peek tour for four key media outlets ahead of the official opening.
Following the initial announcements, Brookline facilitated media and influencer tours of the eateries with top Edmonton outlets to secure further coverage and extend the momentum of the grand openings.
